The project was the refurbishment of the homemaker and lifestyle / bulky goods shopping centre known as the Moore Park Super Centre. The project consisted of:

(i) the construction of the level 2 extension over the existing gallery level currently occupied by Harvey Norman;

(ii) re-construction of part of the Atrium space and refurbishment of the ground level mall;

(iii) redevelopment of the gallery level to become an extension of the ground and level 1 malls;

(iv) the works include the lessor works obligations under the Agreement for Lease with Harvey Norman; and

(v) upgrade of the lower car park and associated entries.
