Refurbishment of the existing façade and upgrade to the forecourt and main lobby. Clad the exterior of the existing 14 storey structure with composite panel. Demolished the existing forecourt and renewed the paving and planters.

Installed new roof on the main building, new shopfronts in forecourt area and provided additional leasing area on the exterior of level 1 by the introduction of a raised structural steel deck with FC cladding.
