Last week, the Construction and Engineering team had their annual Strategy conference where they discussed how they are working on improving their operations and service. The team was very engaged, sharing insights and ideas to improve operations and service levels. They dove into technical topics like construction design drawings, refrigeration temperature alarms, and even introduced a new construction binder designed for projects between $25m and $80m. These discussions really helped to clarify some complex issues and set the stage for easier processes ahead.
The first day of this conference finished off with a Q&A session featuring Scott Saunders, an experienced local broker and his colleague, Dylan Tindall. This session gave the team a perspective on what it was like to work with agencies.
However, it was not just all work! The team let their creativity shine during a painting class and later, enjoyed a game of lawn bowls in the beautiful South Australian sunshine.
Overall, it was a few days of collaboration, creativity, and a shared vision for a bright future for Construction and Engineering.
